Christian Guthier, in your reply you direct us to Professor Mehrabian who undertook a different piece of research demonstrating that 93% of communication is nonverbal. 3M is then cited, again without clear reference. I agree with Matthew, as a cognitive neuroscientist myself I do not see any credible source. Happy to review a proper piece anytime you find one.

You are wrong. The quote comes from research carrie out by Professor Mehrabian, Professor Emeritus of Psychology at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Just came across your piece (very interesting) and wanted to point out an error in this sentence: 'Words are the minimal meaningful unit of language, so we can start with data about word recognition.' This is not true - morphemes are actually the smallest meaningful unit of language.

If you will be using an ESP to send them: as long as you can get the ESP's dkim on there and all the dmarc is set-up, there's no reason not to send from it at that volume.

You will get all of the replies and asynchronous bounces but you might want that.
